We are looking for an original artist/graphic designer who wants to work close to production in a small but growing company specializing in decals, stickers, and motorcycle graphics.

We are located on Ringön in Gothenburg with our own production and studio. We are a hybrid company with design, marketing, and printing under one roof, focusing on our own products rather than traditional printing services. We are looking for someone who is a technically competent original artist rather than just a graphic designer.

The Role

The role can suit both junior and more experienced candidates. The most important thing for us is that you can adapt to our working methods, become self-sufficient, and contribute to daily operations.

The work is primarily practical original art creation, for example:

• Adapt existing graphics to different decal kits and formats
• Adjust files for fit, placement, and cutting
• Ensure files are print-ready and production-ready
• Work closely with production to achieve the correct results
• Understand that original art spans several areas and brands, as well as B2B for the rest of the company

There is room for creative input and workflow improvements, but the core of the role is to get the original art correct and ready for production.

Prior knowledge of specific motorcycle models is not a requirement. Attention to detail, understanding of objects, and an eye for detail are much more important.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are confident in Adobe Illustrator and work with it daily without hindrance
• Have an understanding of print-ready originals, including technical printing competence before design creativity.
• Are meticulous and technically secure
• Function well in a team and can handle multiple tasks in parallel
• It is a plus if you have experience with customer communication and can handle these processes

Photoshop is a plus. 3D, e-commerce, or photography are bonuses, but not required. An interest in motors is nice but not decisive.

How We Work

We are a small team with short decision-making paths. What is produced must work in production, not just look good on screen. Roles can develop over time, but the focus is on print production and quality.

Initial selection is done via portfolio, but a sent digital work test in Adobe Illustrator is an important part of the process.
