RETAIL EXPERIENCE & VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Through a strong visual expression, smart product presentation, and a commercial store concept, we create stores that both strengthen our brand and drive sales.
We are now looking for a Retail Experience & Visual Merchandiser who wants to help shape this development. You will create inspiring store environments and translate trends, customer insights, and commercial thinking into solutions that make our customers want to visit our stores.

Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for developing how our stores are experienced and ensuring they evolve in line with both customer needs and the company's strategy. You will work with stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the Netherlands.
- Work actively and continuously in-store to ensure that trends are current, relevant, and correctly built.
- Ensure that the right products are placed in the right trends to create a clear and inspiring customer experience.
- Be involved and driving in the development of new in-store concepts together with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Contribute ideas, commercial thinking, and operational solutions that strengthen the customer experience and sales.
- Develop the future store experience with a focus on inspiration, customer journey, and commercial impact.
- Drive visual merchandising and customer experience in-store to strengthen the customer experience and increase the stores' appeal.
- Be responsible for visual guidelines, concept manuals, and inspiring tools for the organization.
- Drive projects related to store environment, exposure, materials, and new concepts.
- Collaborate with other functions at Gina Tricot to ensure that activations and product presentation create maximum business impact.
- Inspire, educate, and coach our regional visuals in our store organization regarding concepts and customer experience.
- Test, evaluate, and implement new ideas that strengthen the physical store's role in an omnichannel world.

Your qualifications:
- The most important thing is that you have the right drive, passion, and a genuine desire to develop the future of retail.
- A strong interest in visual merchandising, customer experience, and commercial sales.
- Ability to translate ideas into inspiring solutions in-store.
- Experience in concept development and commercial product presentation.
- Good understanding of customer behavior, store communication, and sales.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
