Job Description

We are now looking for production staff for upcoming assignments at Estrella in Angered. The tasks are within food production, which requires diligence regarding, among other things, hygiene, quality, and the environment. The work will be varied but will primarily consist of machine operation, manual handling, packaging, and in some cases, heavy lifting. This is a full-time position with immediate start. The work will be scheduled according to a rotating 5-shift system, meaning you will vary between working days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to a rolling schedule. You will be employed by NearYou and work for our client, Estrella.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have at least 1 year of previous experience in production, preferably within food or cleanroom environments. You must have completed upper secondary education. As a person, you are punctual, responsible, and have a high level of commitment to your work. You are organized, have good teamwork skills, as well as enjoying working independently and being self-starting. It is important that you can handle a high pace and work towards achieving the company's goals. This is physically demanding work, and heavy lifting occurs in some cases; therefore, the position requires that the applicant has good physical fitness. If you are a person who enjoys meeting new people and thrives in an environment where you get to keep several things going at the same time, you will enjoy the role with us. You have a good ability to see what needs to be done in your surroundings, and you are flexible. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability. It is a requirement that you have worked in the food industry previously and have experience in production work. You must be able to work according to a rotating 5-shift system. This means you will vary between working days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to a rotating schedule. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have a forklift license A1-4 and B1.
