Do you want to work with Borås Tidning's journalism to engage our audience even more? We have two temporary positions available for you.

What does the job involve?

In both roles, you will be part of a web team working to make all of BT's digital channels as attractive as possible.

Presentation and packaging are important parts of the tasks, but you will also produce your own content, write breaking news, monitor the flow, edit video, and work on content for social media.

Temporary Position 1 (260817–261231): Focus on Video

This position has a stronger focus on video content. You will edit video material from others and are happy to appear on camera yourself. The role is during daytime hours with work every fourth weekend.

Temporary Position 2 (260817–270731): Focus on Breaking News

This position has a stronger focus on breaking news. You will work evening shifts (Monday–Thursday) two out of every four rolling weeks, but no weekends.

Who are you?

• We are looking for you who have relevant journalistic education and previous experience working as a web editor. You have a good news sense and can work independently.
• You take initiative, are creative, and self-motivated.
• You are quick, meticulous, and able to make certain editorial decisions on your own.
• You have a good eye for interesting angles and are skilled at refining them.
• You have experience working with video content.
