Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience in customer support, preferably with elements of technical case handling. You have previously worked in a role where you handled incoming cases and thrive on combining service with administration.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or customer support with a technical focus.
• Experience working in systems such as CRM or case management systems.
• Experience in administrative work, for example, invoice processing.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Good system proficiency and ability to work in a structured manner.

To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative and feel comfortable working in a technical environment where several things can happen simultaneously. You are used to taking responsibility for your tasks and delivering top-class service, regardless of the situation. Experience from customer service is a requirement, and if you have also worked in a more technical role previously, it is an advantage.

What does the role involve?

• Receive cases via different channels and, in close collaboration with both employees and subcontractors/contractors, administer, handle, and report on these.
• Share and disseminate information both internally and externally through various channels to ensure that information needs are met.
• Handling of various systems such as access control systems, CRM, Metashare, and case management systems.
• Preparations for customers' move-in and move-out, for example, handling of signs and access cards/blips.
• Handling of invoices and other types of administration.

The assignment is a consultancy position starting August 17th through November, with a possible opportunity for extension. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit information.
