We are now seeking part-time substitute staff who wish to work night shifts and contribute with care and presence during the quiet hours of the night. Your Role

As a part-time substitute, you help create a sense of security for our residents during the night. Our residents are elderly individuals with cognitive impairments, and we work with a person-centered approach, focusing on each individual's needs, abilities, and life story.

In your work, you will among other things:

• Support residents as needed during the night
• Assist with personal care
• Notice changes in residents' well-being and relay information to colleagues
• Document according to current routines
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and other professionals at the facility

We would appreciate it if you are available to work during the summer period, weeks 26–32, as we will prioritize applicants available during this time.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who want to work with people and who meet every person with sensitivity and respect. You are confident working independently during night shifts and understand how important clear communication is for the team to provide secure care. You do not need to be a trained assistant nurse – most importantly, you share our view of humanity and want to contribute to care that stems from each resident's unique life situation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare and social care, preferably in elderly care and residential services
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills for documentation and information retrieval

Merits:

• Experience working with elderly individuals and/or individuals with cognitive impairments (dementia)
• Experience with night work
• Completed or ongoing education in healthcare and social care
• Availability to work during the summer period, weeks 26–32

Commuting and Travel

We want to be clear that the workplace is located on Ingarö in Värmdö, as the commute is important when looking for a job. It is possible to commute by bus from e.g., Slussen, Gullmarsplan, Nacka, Gustavsberg, and central Värmdö. For those who drive a car, there are good parking opportunities.
