As an INFRA Case Manager at the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters (HKV), you will be a vital part of an agency experiencing strong growth. Together with competent and engaged colleagues, you will have responsibility, development, and challenges.
About the Section
The Property Section is responsible for all lettings and sublettings at the Headquarters on Gärdet. We work according to the Swedish Armed Forces' INFRA process, which means we have close cooperation with both the Fortification Administration and the Local Planning Unit M (LpLE M).
We have a broad area of responsibility in the section, which is considered a service function where tasks such as error reporting, furniture, relocations, and local/business adaptations are included.
Main Responsibilities
The role involves many contact points such as our operations, contractors/suppliers, as well as landlords and property owners. You will primarily work in the maintenance phase but sometimes also with procurement projects.
Since not all furniture projects and internal relocation projects always follow the FM INFRA process, you also need a strong ability to lead projects through your own structure, both independently and as a section representative. You must be able to drive projects independently as a business and tenant representative as well as a project manager.
The role also includes tasks such as investigating, creating, and reviewing documentation. Since the role places high demands on communication, both written and verbal, you need to be articulate and able to adapt to the requirements.
Some of the tasks included in this role:
- act as support and ordering representative for our operations within the Headquarters and represent our operations to our collaboration partners
- represent the Property Section towards operations within our local stock and prepare cases for decision-making by higher managers/decision-makers
- administer and handle orders and needs; creation of INFRA documentation, as well as other employees in the section, having their own economic responsibility for their orders and related invoice handling
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in construction/property or other work experience that the employer deems equivalent
- Relevant experience with tenant adaptations in government agencies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Personal Qualities
To succeed in the role of Project Coordinator/INFRA Case Manager, you need to be a person with high delivery and performance capacity, have a great commitment, be result-oriented and ambitious, and be proactive as conditions change and no day is the same.
Here, it is important to be careful, structured, and clear in your communication/orders, and thus feel confident in coordinating on your own as well as collaborating with other internal and external parties.
You can handle a large number of cases and projects in parallel and thus prioritize both independently and together with colleagues and managers. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
ADVANTAGEOUS
Relevant experience of working according to the INFRA process, preferably from the Swedish Armed Forces.
