About Us

About the Role
The Accounting Department is now looking for two new colleagues. One employee has moved on to a new role within the department, while another colleague has moved on to new challenges outside the company. Therefore, we are looking for an employee within Accounts Payable and one within Re-invoicing.
As an Economic Assistant, you belong to the Accounting Department, which consists of four economic assistants, two accountants, and one accountant/payroll specialist. You report to the Head of Accounting. The Accounting Department is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent administration, payroll, fixed asset register, taxes, and financial statements.
Responsibilities: Accounts Payable
For this position, we are looking for an Economic Assistant who will primarily work with accounts payable. You will, among other things, ensure that supplier invoices are processed and paid on time and that the supplier register is up to date. This is an administrative role that places high demands on structure and quality. In the long term, you will, if needed, support customer invoicing.
Main responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable.
- Answer questions regarding supplier invoices.
- Other occasional tasks within the accounting department.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A completed upper secondary education with a focus on economics or equivalent.
- Experience with accounts payable and at least 3 years of work in this area.
- Experience with continuous bookkeeping and at least 3 years of work in this area.
- Knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, and especially Excel.
Merits include:
- Knowledge of the K3 accounting standards.
- Knowledge of property VAT.
- Experience with Agresso.

For this position, we are looking for an Economic Assistant who will primarily work with re-invoicing. You will, among other things, ensure that the basis for re-invoicing is prepared. In the long term, you will, if needed, support accounts payable.
Main responsibilities:
- Create basis for re-invoicing.
- Create customer invoices.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Other occasional tasks within the accounting department.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A completed upper secondary education with a focus on economics or equivalent.
- Experience with accounts receivable and at least 3 years of work in this area.
