We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a man who needs help and support in his daily life. He is an active guy who enjoys outdoor walks, listening to music, and swimming in the leisure center pool. The man communicates using pictures, but he understands when you speak to him about things related to his daily life.

Your workplace will be in central Falun. In this role, you will, for example, help the man with daily chores, support him with communication with his surroundings, and support him during activities in and outside the home. You will also work actively to divert him from outbursts of behavior, so it is an advantage if you, as an assistant, have experience with low-affective handling. You will also receive relevant training.

We are looking for both part-time staff and hourly substitutes. Variable working hours. Weekends, evenings, and nights may occur.

You who apply for this position are passionate about working with people and have previous experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare. The position includes a waking night shift.

You are pedagogical in your approach as it requires that you can explain to the customer how things should be done correctly. Furthermore, it is important that you are confident in what you do, are independent, and proactive. You are a driven person and you should be able to cook. No gourmet meals, but you should be able to prepare ordinary food.

A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

At the moment, we are looking for hourly substitutes for both unplanned and planned absence. In the long run, there is an opportunity for a fixed schedule.

Salary:

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are made according to the collective agreement.
