Samenta is a scaffolding company founded in 2020 and is part of a group of companies within, among other things, plastering and balconies. We deliver scaffolding solutions to our sister companies as well as other companies working with renovations, new productions, and events. We always strive to deliver quality and good service, with the goal of creating safe workplaces and satisfied customers.

Right now, we are looking for experienced scaffolders who want to develop together with us. You will become part of a small team of approximately 10 employees, including project management. The organization consists of scaffolders, foremen, warehouse staff, and drivers. For larger projects, subcontractors are brought in. You will work in a team of two people, starting from home directly to construction sites around the Stockholm area.

As a scaffolder, you will among other things:

• Plan the work together with your team and foreman.
• Receive deliveries of materials.
• Carry and handle scaffolding materials safely.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding according to current regulations.
• Work with anti-theft protection, cladding, and weather protection for scaffolding.
• Hoist materials and work at height when necessary.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing projects.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work follows given instructions, safety regulations, and rules. You are responsible for building scaffolds in a safe and correct manner and for handling materials properly. Safety for both colleagues and other trades is always in focus.

Desired profile

• At least three years of experience as a scaffolder.
• Specialized training for scaffolding over 9 meters.
• You are physically fit and can handle demanding work.
• You have no problems working at high heights.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a team player, as the work takes place close to your colleagues and collaboration is very important in the job.

Is not afraid to get their hands dirty, as the work is physically demanding and we maintain a high pace.

Merits if you have:

• Professional certificate as a scaffolder.
• Experience with weather protection.
• Category B driver's license.
• Category C driver's license.

Working hours: 07:00–16:00.

Location: Stockholm area, starting from home directly to the project.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
