Job Description

We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for our client in Hjärnarp. The position is initially a 4-month assignment with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will work in a great team with payroll calculations, expense reports, system registration, and report management, as well as providing support to both blue-collar and white-collar workers. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, detail-oriented, service-minded, and structured, even when the pace picks up. You have a payroll education (or equivalent experience), at least two years of experience in payroll administration, and good knowledge of the Office suite. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and experience with Agda is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of TransPA and the Transport Agreement, as well as if you speak additional languages such as Polish or Serbian/Croatian.

The position is full-time, on-site in Hjärnarp during office hours.

Responsibilities

• Experience with the systems TransPA and Agda.
• Experience working in the transport and logistics industry and knowledge of the Transport Agreement.
• Skills in languages other than Swedish and English, such as Polish or Serbian/Croatian.

Qualifications

• Education in payroll administration, or other education/work experience considered equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite and Teams.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
