The Home Care Service in Mölnlycke Urban Area is centrally located in Mölnlycke, with proximity to shops, restaurants, and good transport links. Bus and train connections make it easy to commute both within the municipality and to nearby towns.

We are now looking for a assistant nurse/care assistant for our operations. Here, you will find meaningful work where you contribute every day to the security, independence, and quality of life for our users. Since our geographical area is centrally located, travel between users is largely done on foot or by bicycle, which provides an active workday and the opportunity to get close to both people and the local area.

You will work day/evening shifts and every other weekend.

We primarily seek you who are trained as an assistant nurse, and secondarily, you who are not yet trained but have a couple of years of experience in the care profession. As a person, we see that you are stress-resistant, accustomed to making decisions, and responsible. You have a good attitude towards people and collaborate well with other colleagues. You are independent and meticulous in your work and have an empathetic ability. You are used to taking initiative and can organize your work independently.

Joint Planning

Härryda Municipality works to increase the basic staffing and reduce the need for hourly employment. Joint planning means that you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units within the municipality if needed. The purpose is to ensure continuity and secure care for the users, while you as an employee get variety, broader experience, and opportunities for competence development. Requirements

• Previous work experience in care and social services
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written
• Good digital competence, preferably experience with social documentation
• Ability to receive, perform, and follow delegated HSL (Health and Social Care Act) tasks
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility in daily work
