We are now looking for an engaged support pedagogue for our new group home in Nävrekärr, Henån. Here you get a unique opportunity to work together with colleagues and management to build a safe, structured, and meaningful operation for our tenants.

About the position

The group home is under construction and is planned to open in spring 2027. As a support pedagogue, you will play a key role in the startup of the operation, working together with management, colleagues, and tenants to establish the activities.

The role involves participating in preparations for move-in and meeting and supporting the individuals who will move in, ensuring a safe and well-planned transition.

You will have a central function in developing the pedagogical work and ensuring that support is tailored to each tenant's individual needs, abilities, and wishes.

An important part of the role is to create conditions for the tenants' participation and influence in their daily lives, as well as actively working for individualized support that promotes independence and good quality of life. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, relatives, guardians, and other important people in the tenant's network.

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with tenants and provide individually adapted support in daily life
• Provide pedagogical support to colleagues, especially during the startup phase
• Contribute to creating structure, routines, and working methods
• Support the creation, follow-up, and development of implementation plans
• Ensure documentation complies with current legislation
• Actively work with participation, influence, and individualization
• Contribute to the quality and continuous development of the operation

About you

• Have education as a support pedagogue or other relevant post-secondary education
• Have at least 2 years of experience working within LSS (Support and Service Act for persons with certain functional impairments)
• Have good knowledge of disabilities and pedagogical approaches
• Have experience working with implementation plans and social documentation
• Have good verbal and written communication skills

Salary: Individual salary setting
