In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine data analysis, coordination, testing, and business-related collaboration to ensure high quality in data platforms, integrations, and information flows.

As a Coordinating Data Analyst, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring work related to data quality, testing, integrations, and analysis. You work cross-functionally between business units, IT, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure that data flows function correctly throughout the entire chain, from requirements definition and development to production and follow-up.

• Coordinate work related to data quality, testing activities, and production deployments.

• Monitor and analyze data deliveries, integrations, and information flows.

• Identify, analyze, and monitor deviations, incidents, and quality issues in data flows.

• Coordinate work between business units, IT, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Participate in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and requirements definition for analysis and data solutions.

• Ensure that data meets the required quality standards for analysis, reporting, and business monitoring.

• Contribute to change initiatives, deployments, and other activities where data flows are affected.

• Produce analyses, reports, and decision support materials related to KPIs and data quality.

• Document processes, deviations, test results, and improvement proposals.

• Contribute to the continuous development of working methods and processes within data quality, monitoring, and collaboration.

To be considered for this assignment, we look for the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or handling data flows in cloud-based data platforms or data lake environments.

• Experience from at least two assignments where you have worked with coordination, monitoring, or handling of data flows, including real-time or near real-time data.

• At least 5 years of experience with BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

• Documented experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data models.

• Experience from at least two assignments involving requirements gathering, requirements definition, and testing related to BI, analysis, or integration solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience in data quality, KPI monitoring, and handling deviations in data platforms.

• Ability to work systematically in complex environments with many stakeholders.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

The following experience is particularly advantageous:

• Experience with Xray or similar test management tools linked to Jira.

• Experience in testing within public transport, transportation, logistics, or other operations with real-time-based information flows.

• Experience in large-scale integration environments with multiple systems and external actors.

• Experience working in data platforms with high demands for data quality, availability, and traceability.

• Experience in process development and improvement work within analysis and data quality.

The assignment offers a hybrid work model with the possibility of working both remotely and on-site, depending on the business needs.

Start: 2026-08-04 End: 2028-12-31

Extension Possibility: The assignment can be extended by an additional 1 + 1 years.

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
