Skanska Rental AB is a subsidiary of Skanska Sverige AB and operates throughout Sweden. We are a machinery rental company that rents out a very wide range of equipment, from tower cranes to screwdrivers. Our customers include companies in both construction and civil engineering as well as other industries. We assist the customer from the early stages to the completion of projects, as well as in creating efficient, safe, and sustainable workplaces.

Experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Customer Center

Are you someone who is passionate about service and wants to help shape the future customer center? We are looking for you who see a high level of service to both external and internal customers as a matter of course. With us, you will become an important part of an engaged team where everyone takes responsibility for the whole, and where the culture is characterized by strong team spirit and exceptional customer service.

As an inside sales representative, you will become a key person in our continued investment and work closely with our customers, while actively contributing ideas that strengthen our position as a clear player in machinery rental. Together, we always strive to deliver that little extra that makes a difference. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things, renting out construction and civil engineering machinery as well as related equipment, combined with upselling accessories. You also handle deliveries to customers, such as construction machinery and materials, and work with administration, order, and return handling.

Furthermore, you provide advice and service regarding our machinery range, staff the customer center in Södertälje, and have ongoing customer contact both via the customer center and on-site at the customer. The work also includes receiving machinery for inspection and performing simpler repairs. Staffing at other customer centers in the Stockholm area may occur.

Experience with construction machinery and a star at building relationships

We are looking for you who have a customer focus and thrive with service and building relationships. You have an infectious engagement, are unpretentious, and have a natural aptitude for contributing to further strengthening our positive work climate. Furthermore, you are driven and always put the customer first.

You see collaboration and relationship building as a matter of course. You appreciate varied work and do not hesitate to take action where it is needed. It is this attitude that makes you thrive in a job where no day is like the other.

The position requires:

• At least two years of experience in machinery rental
• Previous work in service
• Good IT skills
• Upper secondary education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with construction machinery and have one of the following: BE license, forklift license, or lift license.
