You will step into a central IT leadership role with a key player in vital maritime traffic, where stable and well-functioning IT services are crucial for operations. There are three assignments focusing on maritime geography, pilotage services, or maritime technology, and in all of them, you will work closely with operations, management, development teams, and external suppliers.

• You coordinate and develop IT services within one of the areas: maritime geography, pilotage services, or maritime technology.
• You work closely with the business to capture needs, create direction, and ensure that IT delivery supports business goals.
• You monitor time, cost, and results in ongoing initiatives and contribute to stable and efficient governance.
• You report to managers and steering groups and create clarity regarding status, risks, and next steps.
• You coordinate several development activities simultaneously and get different teams and external suppliers to work towards the same goal.
• You lead the daily work forward in a complex environment where collaboration, prioritization, and delivery capability are central.

• Six (6) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years in a senior IT-adjacent leadership role, for example as a project manager, assignment manager, IT service owner, product owner, Scrum Master, or IT operations manager.
• Experience from roles where you have worked with monitoring of time, cost, and results.
• Experience of reporting to steering groups and managers.
• Experience of coordinating several development activities.
• Experience of leading a team of at least eight (8) people.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• At least two (2) years of experience gained within the last seven (7) years of project managing procurements in public sector operations.
• At least two (2) years of experience gained within the last seven (7) years of leading work with external suppliers related to the implementation or lifecycle management of IT systems.
• At least two (2) years of experience gained within the last seven (7) years of working in an IT-adjacent leadership role related to agile teams and system development.
• For the assignment within maritime technology, it is particularly relevant if you have at least two (2) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working in an IT-adjacent leadership role related to OT systems and operation-critical technical infrastructure.
