You will step into a comprehensive transformation program with a major player in retail, where a new common store solution is being introduced in a business with many stores. The change affects system support, working methods, and processes in daily store operations, making clear, accessible, and user-friendly documentation crucial.

In this role, you are responsible for holding together the work with manuals and instructions from structure and planning to production, quality assurance, and publishing. You work closely with Key Users and several parts of the OCM track, where you capture business knowledge and translate it into material that is easy to understand and use in the store. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine structure, pedagogy, and change management in a business-close environment.

• You establish and maintain a common structure, standard, and templates for manuals and instructions.
• You plan, coordinate, and follow up on the work with manual production together with the OCM team, Key Users, and other relevant roles.
• You produce, edit, and finalize manuals based on input from the business, systems, and processes.
• You ensure the quality of the content so that it is correct, complete, pedagogical, and adapted to the daily life of store staff.
• You support Key Users in how content should be structured and relieve them by taking responsibility for documentation and finalization.
• You coordinate documentation between different process areas and initiatives to avoid duplicate work and create uniform working methods.
• You collaborate with training, communication, and change management to ensure a holistic approach to messages, materials, and deliveries prior to rollout and implementation.
• You monitor usage and feedback on manuals, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that materials are kept up to date as systems and processes change.

• Experience working in projects or programs with many stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate work between different roles and functions.
• Experience producing user documentation, manuals, or training materials.
• Good ability to write pedagogically, clearly, and tailored to the target audience.
• Understanding of change management and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Strong structural and organizational skills.
• You are independent, proactive, and accustomed to handling several parallel workflows.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
