As a Scheduler, you are responsible for creating structure and flow in the workshop operations. You will be the hub between customer reception, technicians, and management – playing a crucial role in daily operations.

About the role:

In this position, you have overall responsibility for planning and scheduling the workshop workflow. You ensure that the right jobs are done at the right time and that both customers and technicians have an efficient and smooth experience.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and optimizing workshop capacity
• Maintaining daily contact with customer service, technicians, and suppliers
• Monitoring key performance indicators, rescheduling appointments, and handling changes
• Contributing to high customer satisfaction through structure and communication

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in scheduling within the automotive industry or similar fields
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
• Is computer literate – preferably with experience in workshop systems such as Cabas or Kobra
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license

The position is full-time with immediate start or as agreed. A fixed salary is offered.
