About the Role

As a Showroom Attendant / Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for many of the customers visiting the facility. You are responsible for creating a welcoming experience while supporting the business in its daily operations. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to be a key part of a tight-knit team where your contribution makes a difference every day.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Receive and welcome customers to the facility
• Handle and follow up on customer inquiries
• Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives
• Support sales staff in their daily work
• Produce and publish vehicle advertisements
• Administer bookings and customer cases
• Create inspection reports
• Ensure the car hall and display areas maintain high standards
• Move and organize vehicles within the business

Requirements

• Valid B-class driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish
• Basic knowledge of English

Meritorious

• Interest in cars and the automotive industry
• Experience from service, sales, or customer service

HOURS: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00
