Hello! I am Anita, and I am looking for a new assistant for a permanent position, three days a week. The shifts are on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 12:00 to 16:30. I also welcome you to step in as a substitute when needed.

I have a CP disability that does not affect my cognitive abilities, but I use an electric wheelchair for mobility. I am fully cognitively able and have only mild speech difficulties; people simply need to get to know me to understand me best. No communication aids are required.

My assistance needs include help with tasks I cannot do myself, such as cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, dressing, feeding, and transferring between wheelchairs. These tasks are not overly demanding as I can stand on my legs for short periods.

I live with two cats, so it is important that you like animals and do not have a fur allergy.

I also have allergies to dust mites, dust, and pollen, and I am asthmatic. Therefore, it is crucial that you are neutral regarding scents and avoid strong perfumes or fragrances.

Regarding personality, I am looking for someone who is calm but also cheerful, easy-going, and has a sense of humor. You should be stress-resistant, perceptive, and capable of working independently. My interests include dancing, walking, and going shopping.

I would prefer that you have some experience in the assistance profession. I have had three male assistants for many years, but this does not mean you must be male. A light-hearted, cheerful woman who speaks fluent Swedish would be a perfect fit.

Conditions:

• Salary according to collective agreement.
• An extract from the criminal record (belastningsregister) is required.
