Where You Will Work

Tryggheten is a small, family-like special housing facility with 31 apartments on one level. The apartments are divided into two wards with a somatic focus. Tryggheten is located in Solna, close to bus stops and within walking distance of Bergshamra metro station. The surrounding area offers beautiful walking paths and green spaces. Tryggheten has animals and nature as its profile.

Responsibilities

As a Leva Livet Inspirator at Tryggheten, you will play a key role in creating a daily life filled with meaning, joy, and community for our residents. Your task is to start from each individual – their interests, experiences, and dreams – and together find ways to activities and experiences that strengthen both well-being and quality of life. This can range from preserving old interests to sparking curiosity for something entirely new.

You contribute with creativity, engagement, and care, ensuring that daily life includes both small moments of extra touch and larger, shared activities. The role also involves leading and supporting activity coordinators and contact persons, so that the entire team works together to create joy and variety in the residents' lives.

Since our profile is animals and nature, it is significant that you have an interest in creating activities related to this.

An important part of your work will also be building networks and collaborating with associations, voluntary organizations, and the municipality, so that our residents have the opportunity to continue being part of society. Through your pedagogical skills, you will also share new knowledge and inspire colleagues to develop the work based on person-centered and research-based methods.

In short, you will be the one who, together with the rest of us, makes a difference every day by putting quality of life in focus.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague at 95–100% for a permanent position with a probationary period.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A university degree in health pedagogy, or alternatively, a certified nursing assistant (undersköterska) with documented experience working as an activity coach in elderly care.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

We also consider it advantageous if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
