Support Assistant for a Modern LSS Unit in Järna

About the Job

We are looking for you who want to make a difference! Here, you will work in a modern service housing facility and day activity center in Kallfors/Järna, supporting adults within target group 1 according to the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our goal is for every individual to live as independent and meaningful a life as possible.

Responsibilities

You provide support and guidance in daily life – both practically and pedagogically – based on each person's needs. You are also responsible for developing working methods and approaches together with your colleagues. The role involves contact with relatives and other actors in the network.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors
• Is confident, structured, and adopts a low-affective approach
• Is accustomed to working with clarifying pedagogy and documentation
• Speaks and writes Swedish
• Has education as a support pedagogue or similar (preferred)
• Has psychiatric competence
