About the Role

As a summer substitute, you will provide individually adapted care to our customers in their homes. Duties may include personal care, assistance with meals, medication management, light household chores, social support, and documentation. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts depending on the schedule and needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in helping other people based on their conditions. Education in healthcare and experience from elderly care are meritorious.
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Are empathetic, responsive, and flexible.
• Have good teamwork skills and thrive in both independent and team-oriented tasks.
• Have a B-class driver's license (meritorious).

Additional Information

The positions are summer substitutes. The duration and extent of the employment may vary depending on needs and agreement. Start date is by agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
