We are now looking for two nursing colleagues who want to work with us in the idyllic Roslagen area.

Summer in Östhammar and Öregrund is filled with life, boats, and people gathering at the harbor, while winter offers beauty and silence along the long coast. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the team and in the development of the care we provide. We can offer an individually tailored introduction program. In your role with us, you will primarily be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing, health, and medical care interventions for patients with varying conditions. You will gain a broad range of tasks, including wound care, injections, sample collection, palliative care, medication management, and more. You will work closely with patients and relatives, focusing on a health-promoting and consultative approach. Together with other nurses, you will be responsible for supervising, delegating to, and supporting the nursing staff.

Home Care East, covering Östhammar and Öregrund, includes special housing, ordinary housing, short-term units, and LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our operations are characterized by strong team cohesion, high quality of care, and good relationships between employees and users. We now want to complement our team with you as a nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you are a district nurse or a specialist nurse in geriatrics or dementia, we consider this a merit.

If you have work experience from home care, elderly care, or dementia care, we see this as a great advantage. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Good computer skills are required as we work with several different digital systems. Experience with the medical record systems Viva and Cosmic is also considered a merit.

A driver's license is a requirement.
