About Us Kry Occupational Health Services is now launching in Uppsala/Sigtuna and is looking for you who are a physiotherapist and ergonomist. We will be located in fresh premises in Kungsängen, Uppsala. We serve Sigtuna from both Uppsala, Stockholm, and Järvastaden.

We are present in many locations across Sweden and collaborate nationally in our OHV initiative. The position may offer the opportunity to travel and work together with colleagues in other locations, with a base placement in Uppsala.

About the Role You have a central role in the usual tasks at the clinic where you have the opportunity to meet many different individuals. You have the opportunity to work both physically and partially remotely. We place great emphasis on working closely with the customer employee and their employer, with continuity and a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions.

As an ergonomist/physiotherapist with us, you become an important part of our team within occupational health services. You work both preventively and rehabilitatively with a focus on health, work environment, and a sustainable working life.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• Conduct ergonomic assessments and workplace analyses
• Give advice on work postures, load, and aids
• Support employees with load-related complaints
• Work with rehabilitation and preventive measures
• Hold courses and lectures on ergonomics and health
• Collaborate with managers, occupational health nurses, and other professions in work environment issues

Qualifications & Characteristics

• Licensed physiotherapist.
• Experience as a physiotherapist in Swedish healthcare.
• Experience as a physiotherapist in Swedish occupational health services is an advantage.
• Has experience or interest in ergonomics and occupational health.
• Has ergonomics education (advantageous).
• Is confident in meetings with people and has an easy time building trust.
• Is independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Has good communication skills.
• Has a B driver's license, advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. Additional language skills are advantageous.
• Good habit of handling different IT solutions and systems.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and value putting the individual first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are receptive to both colleagues and our customers and their employees.

Other Information

• Start: By agreement. Latest October 1, 2026.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Employment: Permanent employment (with an initial probation period of 6 months).
• Working hours: Weekdays, daytime.
• Location: Uppsala.
