Build the Future AI Platform

Scorse Sweden AB is developing the next generation of platforms for optimization, automation, and AI-based decision support for the public sector.

We combine IoT, mathematical models, artificial intelligence, and business expertise to help reduce waste, improve indoor climate, optimize technical systems, and automate complex processes.

We are now looking for a Senior IoT & AI Platform Engineer who wants to help build a product with the ambition to become a leading platform in the Nordic region.

Start Date

The position will be filled starting 2027-01-01 and is a permanent role.

Workplace

The role is based in Karlskrona, and we are looking for someone who wants to work on-site with the team. We strongly believe in the value of close collaboration between product development, customers, and operations, especially in the early stages where innovation, problem-solving, and product development happen at a fast pace.

The work is primarily performed from our office in Karlskrona. Therefore, we are looking for someone who already lives in the region or is willing to relocate here.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the development of Scorse Sweden AB's platform for smart flows. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development and requires someone who thrives working closely with customers, product development, and operations.

You will work on everything from data collection and IoT integrations to AI models, analytics platforms, and user interfaces.

The goal is to create a platform that helps customers understand, optimize, and automate their operations through the intelligent use of data.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and further develop the platform's IoT architecture
• Develop AI-based models for optimization, prediction, and anomaly management
• Design data platforms for large volumes of sensor data
• Work with OpenAI, LLMs, and AI agents for analysis and decision support
• Contribute to product strategy and technical roadmap
• Collaborate closely with customers to translate needs into product functionality

We are looking for someone with

• At least 5 years of experience with IoT solutions in real estate, industry, or technical infrastructure
• Documented experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics
• Experience developing cloud-based SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of automation, control, and monitoring systems
• Experience with system integrations, API development, and data platforms
• Ability to independently drive technical initiatives from idea to finished solution
• Strong analytical skills and interest in solving complex problems

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with energy optimization
• Knowledge of MPC (Model Predictive Control)
• Experience with digital twins
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, or other LLM platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud environments
