It is important to us that you thrive and get the opportunity to develop based on your interests. Therefore, there is an opportunity to, in addition to regular clinic work, engage in side assignments such as Child Health Care (BVC) or home care.

- Conducting clinic visits, home visits, and digital care meetings.
- Handling a broader spectrum of patients, including more acute and complex conditions.
- Teamwork with assistant nurses and nurses.
- Ongoing quality work both at your own unit and jointly within primary care in Tiohundra.
- Supervision of students and other professional categories.
- Participation in ward rounds.
About our offer:
Further education and competence development are a natural part of our operations. You also have good opportunities for external further education.
With us, you get a work environment where you:
- Have greater medical responsibility and variation in patient work.
- Can influence your workday through flexible working methods.
- Have the opportunity to combine clinical work with your own areas of interest.
We also offer:
- A wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK annually.
About you
For this position, you need:
- To be a specialist in general practice.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you also have:
- Experience with the medical record system Take Care.
As a person, you are:
Responsible, structured, and independent with a good ability to make medical decisions and make the right prioritizations. You thrive in a role where you get to work both independently and in a team, and you have a genuine interest in the breadth of general practice. You meet patients, relatives, and colleagues with empathy and professionalism. You are curious, development-oriented, flexible, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your competence and appreciate variety in work.
