About the position

We are looking for trained assistant nurses who wish to be an important part of our operations within Tiohundra. The role is suitable for you who thrive in patient-oriented work and want to work in an organization where quality, participation, and professional interaction are in focus.

As an assistant nurse at Ängsgården, you work close to the patient and are responsible for nursing care based on the patient's individual needs. You contribute to creating security and continuity in daily life as well as a good work environment together with colleagues and other professions. The work is carried out in close cooperation with nurses and other professional groups, where teamwork is a prerequisite for good care.

Employment percentage: 74.6%

Working hours: Night shift

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Nursing care and support during the night
• Observations and reporting of the patient's condition
• Nursing documentation according to current routines
• Sampling and checks according to delegation
• Collaboration with nurses and other professions
• Documentation in Take Care

About you

For this position, you need:

• To be a trained assistant nurse with a certificate of protected professional title
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience working in nursing and care homes

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working nights in healthcare
