About the Workplace

Vallentuna General Practice Group is a well-functioning and pleasant general practice clinic with approximately 8,300 registered patients. We are affiliated with Praktikertjänst AB and have been located in Vallentuna since 1994. At the clinic, we employ 5 district doctors, 4 specialist trainee doctors, 2 district nurses, 3 nurses, and 3 nursing assistants. Our psychosocial team includes a psychologist and a psychotherapist. Additionally, we have a receptionist and two medical secretaries.

We are currently looking for a nurse for a permanent position. Here, you will have the opportunity for a challenging, independent, and varied job.

Vallentuna General Practice Group is conveniently located near public transport in Vallentuna Centre.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves standard clinic duties, telephone advice, and to some extent home care, which includes team visits with doctors. The clinic also runs nurse-led specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma, and COPD, with opportunities to join these teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for a registered nurse with a valid Class B driver's license.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and enjoys working in a team but is also confident working independently. Being meticulous and responsible are key strengths. We place great emphasis on personal qualities; previous experience in primary care is not a requirement but is considered an asset.

Other Information

The position is 100% full-time, although this is open to discussion.
