Responsibilities

We are looking for a supervisor for AME (Activity-based Measure for Employment), where your task will be to supervise participants – both practically and to some extent theoretically.

The role involves practically guiding participants in daily work tasks, often within municipal operations. You will motivate and strengthen the participant's self-confidence, structure their day, and help them take steps forward.

You will, among other things:

• Supervise participants in various work-preparatory activities
• Supervise and support participants in their development, both individually and in groups
• Work solution-focused to create security, structure, and motivation
• Collaborate with colleagues and be part of an engaged team

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have at least a high school education and who have:

• Good leadership qualities
• High social competence and good collaboration skills
• Ability to work practically and solution-oriented
• Previous experience in supervising individuals
• A driver's license is required for the position

Previous experience in similar work and local knowledge of the area and operations are meritorious. Experience working with people with different functional variations or language barriers is also an advantage, as is knowledge of labor market regulations and measures.

As a person, you easily build trusting relationships and thrive in a role where you get to motivate and support others. To succeed in the assignment, you need to be structured and solution-oriented, while being accustomed to working independently and taking initiative.

The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%), spread over five working days per week. Start date September 1, 2026, or as agreed. Probationary period will apply.
