Are you passionate about developing safe and productive work environments? Peab Sverige AB is looking for a work environment specialist who wants to share their knowledge and experience with our dedicated team. Main Responsibilities
As a Work Environment Coordinator, you have a strategic and advisory role and drive the work environment work forward in the region. You provide expertise in work environment issues and are responsible for developing internal routines within systematic work environment work, ensuring they are followed in operations.
You monitor laws and regulations in the work environment area and inform the rest of the organization about important changes. Furthermore, you will follow up on goals and action plans in the work environment area and act as a contact person for authorities.
You compile and maintain statistics on incidents, inform, investigate, and report on accidents and serious incidents, and collaborate with safety representatives and HR.
You will become a key person in shaping our ways of working and strengthening safety culture, with a special focus on behaviors, leadership, and organizational factors.
You will become part of a team with specialists in KMA (Work Environment, Health, and Safety) and report to the Production Support Manager.
Who are you?
We believe you have several years of experience in qualified work environment work in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry. We see that you have post-secondary education with a focus on work environment, or equivalent knowledge acquired in working life. Above all, we see that you have a genuine interest in work environment issues and an understanding of the industry.
We see that you are an engaged, communicative, and self-driven person who is passionate about work environment issues. Since you will be responsible for driving the work environment work forward in the region, it is required that you are responsible and goal-oriented. Furthermore, we see that you possess good pedagogical skills so that you can convey information about work environment work in a clear and understandable way throughout the organization.
You will be based in our nice offices in Solna and have Stockholm/Rönninge/Uppsala with surrounding municipalities as your work area. The position involves regular project visits and therefore requires a driver's license.
