Here, you will experience both tough trials and fantastic events, within a strong community with your colleagues. We welcome your application!
Our Operations
Psychiatry Ward 4A consists of eleven care beds and has several different treatment assignments with a focus on addiction and psychiatric comorbidity. Patients arrive at the ward via the adult psychiatry emergency department or are referred planned through the psychiatric outpatient clinics. On Psychiatry Ward 4A, nurses, care assistants, clinical pharmacists, doctors, and social workers work together. To ensure that patients receive good nursing care, we collaborate and consult with other psychiatric specialist competencies based on the patients' individual needs.
The department belongs to the Section of Addiction and Neuropsychiatry, a cutting-edge section. We work based on evidence-based methods and place great emphasis on healthcare development and research. All staff have access to supervision, and we actively work to improve the working environment for our staff. We have a goal-oriented improvement work regarding patient care and are keen on involving relatives. The staff on Psychiatry Ward 4A is open, positive, secure, and competent, making it easy to join as new staff.

You are also welcome to apply if you are not yet finished with your nursing education but will graduate in June 2026 and have an interest in psychiatry.
