Job Description

As an Education Consultant, you will play a central role in the development of our students. You will teach and instruct in both practical and theoretical aspects of the profession. With your experience and expertise, you will become an important role model who helps our students develop the skills needed in the labor market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, conducting, and following up on teaching to ensure that every individual reaches their goals.
• Acting as a mentor and supporting our students during their work-based learning.
• Actively contributing to the development of our educational activities.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share your knowledge. You have a pedagogical inclination and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in qualified welding using MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA.
• Passed welding tests in all the above-mentioned methods.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and fluent Swedish.

Merits:

• Vocational teacher education.
• Experience in training within welding technology.
• IWS certification.
