About the Role

We are looking for Study Operations Moderators to work with collecting conversation data on-site. The role is fully on-site in a recording studio – remote or hybrid work is not possible. This is a fixed-term full-time position linked to a project, with an approximate end date in June (subject to change based on needs). This is a practical role for you if you are tech-savvy and can work independently. You will work with audio equipment, follow clear instructions, and solve problems directly as they arise. You are responsible for the quality of the material you collect and will also assist with contacting participants.

Responsibilities

Moderation & On-site Work

• Lead conversations between two participants according to instructions
• Set up and use recording equipment (microphones, etc.)
• Handle files correctly (naming, storage, and documentation)
• Keep the workplace clean and organized

Quality Assurance

• Check that audio recordings meet high quality standards
• Detect and solve problems (e.g., poor audio quality)
• Document any issues that arise
• Ensure recorded material meets requirements

Contact with Participants

• Assist in locating and contacting participants
• Ensure participants are available and meet requirements
• Provide feedback to the recruitment team

Other Duties

• Document improvements
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Comfortable with technology (computers, equipment)
• Can work independently and solve problems
• Detail-oriented and structured
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and responsible
• Comfortable working on-site
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audio recording
• Experience with data collection or similar
• Experience in recruitment or customer contact
• Background in healthcare (not a requirement)

Working Hours

• Working hours and breaks according to law
• Overtime according to agreement
• You are responsible for reporting your working hours correctly
