Your Profile

We are looking for you who want to make a real difference through a strong conviction that all students want and can succeed under the right conditions! You are a person who takes initiative, is flexible in your approach, and has a genuine commitment to school development.

Since you will have many points of contact, it is important that you are a team player with good communication skills. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

You have a degree in special education and are confident in mentoring educators at the individual, group, and organizational levels. In your work, you are accustomed to mapping students' strengths and needs, and you have good routines for following up on the interventions made. Experience in coordinating threads within a student health team is an advantage.

About the Role

You provide support and guidance regarding learning environments, observe teaching, and provide follow-up mentoring. Your responsibilities include mapping, investigating special support needs, and maintaining action plans. In the student health team, you are the central hub. You participate in designing and following up on systematic quality work within the student health service, and you are part of the school's development group.

About the School

Innovitaskolan Motala, formerly Karin Boyeskolan, was founded in 2003. In 2021, the school became part of Innovitaskolan and AcadeMedia. The school is an independent F-9 school with an after-school center and 380 students. The staff consists of 40 employees led by the principal and deputy principal.

Our Premises

Our premises for students in preschool class to grade 6, as well as the after-school center, are located at Folkparksgatan 15. Here we have a large schoolyard and close proximity to green areas and the forest in Bondebacka. For the older students in grades 7-9, the school is centrally located at the travel center.
