Nurses for the Resource Group – Short-term Care and Step-down Care!

Are you curious and enjoy variety?

We are currently looking for two resource nurses with a base placement at KRA-Limhamn and Mathildenborg. The resource group is the team that works across our three short-term care facilities and the step-down care unit. Your work location is determined by the needs of the operations, but you will enjoy the same security and benefits as your colleagues.

What we offer

Are you interested in gaining a holistic perspective on patient flow within municipal healthcare and sharing your knowledge across our short-term care services?

You will gain broad competence and experience that you can share across our various short-term units, contributing to the development of short-term care. You will meet many colleagues within our operations while maintaining a sense of belonging in the resource group with close contact to your section manager. Together, we form a team that delivers high quality and truly enjoys working together.

After some time with us, you will become a well-known and trusted resource for both colleagues and patients. You will gradually develop your skills and become highly proficient in several different areas!

Benefits of the job

  • Working across different specialties
  • Learning a little about a lot and being a specialized generalist
  • Every day can look different
  • Development opportunities
  • Participation in professional networks

Facilities

Mathildenborg – Located at Rudbecksgatan 1 in Limhamn. 4 somatic and 2 cognitive wards with 57 beds. Associated step-down care with 19 beds.

KRA – Located at Idrottsgatan 47b in Limhamn with 28 beds (somatic and rehabilitative).

Söderkulla – Located at Tornfalksgatan 1 with 46 beds, 3 somatic and 1 cognitive ward.

Why choose us?

We believe in your development and in having fun at work. Here you get not just a job, but a chance to grow in your profession.

  • A great start: We tailor your introduction based on your experience. You will get an instructor and a mentor who will support you during your first year. There is also the possibility to be paired with another new employee to shape the introduction together.
  • Work-life balance: With favorable holiday exchange (more vacation days) and a schedule where you only work 2 out of 7 weekends, you have time for other things.
  • Health in focus: Wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK and access to a company bike.
  • Independent in assessments: You get the chance to use your full competence as a licensed nurse and make assessments in consultation with doctors.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in the resource group, you are a resource for the team and are responsible for patient care. This means you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and nursing interventions. You work person-centered, involving the patient in decisions, and collaborate closely with relatives and the team around the patient. You collaborate regularly with primary care through rounds with a patient focus.
