Temporary Staff Wanted for Independent Preschool in Malmö

We are looking for dedicated and reliable temporary staff with education and experience in preschool work.

Here, you will become an important part of our operations and contribute to creating a safe, fun, and developmental environment for the children every day. We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and has a warm approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Work with children's groups in accordance with the preschool's routines, values, and pedagogical mission.
• Participate in care, play, and pedagogical activities.
• Create safety and good relationships with the children.
• Collaborate with the work team in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Trained preschool teacher or other relevant education.
• Experience working in a preschool setting.
• Knowledge of the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschool, Lpfö 18.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
