We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager Production & Coordination for a large and long-term infrastructure project in the Stockholm region.

As Project Manager Production & Coordination, you will become a central part of the project leadership and work closely with the Project Director. The role involves responsibility for coordination between subcontractors during the production phase, as well as being a key support in the project's joint technical and strategic matters.

This is a senior consulting assignment within one of Sweden's largest ongoing infrastructure projects. The assignment focuses on supporting the project management during the production phase of a comprehensive subway project in the Stockholm area.

As Project Manager Production & Coordination, you work closely with the Project Director and function as a coordinating force between the project's various contractors, design organizations, and management functions. The role has no direct personnel responsibility but entails significant responsibility for driving issues forward, creating structure, and ensuring that different parts of the project work towards the same goals.

Main areas of responsibility

You will among other things:

• Be a support to the Project Director and Project Manager in the implementation of the project.
• Support design managers in various contractors with investigations and design issues.
• Participate in and support the Production Management Group and follow up on decisions and activities.
• Handle interface issues between contractors and technical areas.
• Support contractors in contract matters.
• Prepare decision materials and initiate decisions in the project.
• Identify and raise strategic issues to the project management.
• Ensure that technical and organizational issues are coordinated between different actors.

• At least 11 years of relevant work experience in construction and design management during the contracting phase within infrastructure projects including construction and installation.
• Academic education in building and civil engineering, civil engineering, or university college engineering.
• Documented education in contract law.
• Documented education in BAS P and BAS U.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading groups.

• Documented experience of working in a client organization for at least 5 years.
• Experience from working as a project manager or design manager during the contracting phase in at least one large tunnel project for railway or subway for public transport authority (contract sum over 300 MSEK).
