We are now looking for engaged substitutes for a flexible part-time job in primary schools (grades 1-3) around Gothenburg.

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg, Kungälv Municipality, Lilla Edet Municipality, Mölndal City, and Orust Municipality to support their municipal preschools and primary schools with engaged substitutes.

Your responsibilities

As a substitute, you replace the school's regular staff during absences, usually of an acute nature, as well as for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. You are responsible for and lead the teaching in accordance with the planning handed over by the regular teacher.

Your qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous work experience within primary/secondary school.
• You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being booked for shifts the same morning.

To fit the role of a teaching substitute, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a good role model. You also have a burning commitment to working with children and young people.
