Din Bil Equipment Center in Halmstad is now looking for a Vehicle Administrator. Are you a star at administration and have a genuine interest in vehicles? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and administering the process from vehicle order to delivery. You have daily contact with sales staff, customers, the workshop, and external suppliers to ensure that every vehicle is prepared and delivered according to plan.

A large part of the job involves handling order documentation, creating work orders, and coordinating the measures that need to be carried out before delivery. You plan the work for the workshop technicians, book external suppliers when necessary, and follow up to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

The role also involves answering questions regarding, for example, delivery dates, equipment, and the status of ordered vehicles.

Your Profile

To succeed in this position, you need to be structured, solution-oriented, and able to manage several parallel processes simultaneously. You are meticulous, communicative, and enjoy creating order and progress in a fast-paced business. It is important that you thrive with many contact points and have a high level of service in your interactions.

You may come from a background as an administrator or within customer service. It is an advantage if you come from the automotive industry and/or have a strong interest in vehicles.

Requirements

• Good computer and phone skills
• Experience with administrative tasks
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Clean criminal record

About the Employment

Working hours are scheduled for Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30 and Fridays 07:00–14:00.
