Are you an experienced and engaged leader with a drive to create development and results? We are currently looking for a Production Manager who wants to strengthen our team and develop with Kiwa!

About the role:

In this role, you will belong to the business area at Kiwa that works with food certifications and national services. Your employees work as food auditors, and as Production Manager, you will have a central role in leading and organizing the daily work within your area. You ensure that the work is carried out in an efficient, safe, and quality-assured manner, in accordance with our requirements and guidelines. You support the Production Director and employees in achieving set goals and delivering top results. Through clear and effective communication, you become an important link in our team between employees and management. You have a close dialogue with the Production Director where you regularly discuss the team's progress and challenges. You are a role model who acts according to Kiwa's values and vision.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work within your team to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Develop and support employees and ensure the team has the right competence and tools to meet future challenges.
• Contribute to the development of Kiwa's services and maintain high quality together with Kiwa's sales department.
• Continuously improve and follow up on the certification process.
• Work actively with occupational health and safety issues to ensure that laws, regulations, and policies are followed to achieve a safe working environment.
• Audit work occurs.

• Communicative and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
• Solution-oriented and proactive with an ambition to achieve a good customer experience.
• Experience in leading teams and driving improvement work.

Requirements:

• Relevant university education.
• At least 5 years of experience in the food industry.
• Interest and drive for leadership.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Category B driver's license.
