Företagshälsa Direkt is growing and is now looking for an engaged and driven nurse/occupational health nurse who wants to be part of developing the future of occupational health care.

We are a modern and flexible occupational health provider with operations in Central Sweden. Through our mobile care unit and our clinic, we help companies create healthy, sustainable, and thriving workplaces.

About the role:

As an occupational health nurse with us, you will be part of a medical team consisting of other nurses, doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and occupational health specialists.

The work includes, among other things:

• Health checks and medical examinations
• Sampling and functional tests
• Health conversations and lifestyle counseling
• Alcohol and drug tests
• Work environment-related medical checks
• Customer visits at company sites
• Documentation and record keeping
• Participation in rehabilitation and occupational health initiatives

A large part of the work takes place at the customer's site in our mobile care unit, which involves travel within the region.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Is proficient with computers
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is service-oriented and professional in interactions with customers and colleagues
• Thrives working independently
• Has strong collaboration skills

Merits

• Experience with spirometry, audiometry, and ECG

Other:

The position involves business travel, and overnight stays in other locations may occur on certain occasions.

Working hours, overtime compensation, travel, and other employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.
