Ceciliagården is a unique operation with a social therapeutic focus. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, approximately 2.5 miles north of Örebro. The target group consists of individuals within the LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities) category 1, which implies diagnoses within autism and/or intellectual disability, often combined with challenging behaviors. We care for the farm and our animals together, and we also conduct daily activities.

Our mission is to strengthen each resident by providing care and support based on individual needs. Training in care or education with a pedagogical focus is advantageous, as is experience in similar work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A manual B-driver's license and access to your own car are mandatory.

Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a clear place, a farm for all, but above all for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and less stress. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the farm.

Working hours vary, including days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights. There are both day/evening shifts and so-called "long shifts". We are looking for a temporary worker primarily for day/evening shifts.

We preferably seek someone who can start a temporary position immediately.
