Do you want to combine clinical work with a coordinating role where you can help develop the operations? We are now looking for an engaged nurse for a combined position as a coordinating nurse at Tybble Health Centre.

Tybble Health Centre is a well-functioning workplace with engaged, competent, and experienced colleagues who enjoy working together and have good cohesion. The health centre is located in Öster, Örebro. Our catchment area consists of a university city, villa areas, and rural areas, which means varied patient work. We have close cooperation with other health centres in the Örebro Öster area. Today, we are a team of approximately 65 people, where everyone plays an important role. We have just over 20,000 registered patients, making us one of Örebro's largest health centres. We work together to provide our patients with the best possible care and a friendly reception.

The position is divided into two parts:

• Mostly clinical work as a nurse in primary care
• Coordination responsibility for the nursing operations as well as scheduling responsibility for nursing, nursing assistant, and laboratory operations

The clinical work includes, among other things, telephone advice, both acute and planned patient-facing work, reception work, medication management, and prescription of certain medications and aids. There are also responsibility assignments distributed based on interest and experience. We also work digitally in 1177 Direkt/Clinic 24. You will work closely with patients while playing an important role in creating structure, planning, and ensuring adequate staffing.

In your role as a coordinating nurse, you are responsible for:

• Schedule planning for nurses, nursing assistants, and laboratory staff
• Handling schedule changes in cases of sick leave, for example
• Coordination of staffing in daily work
• Planning and setting up introductions for new employees
• Contributing to the development of working methods and routines

At our workplace, you work mostly independently with support from colleagues but also in teams, both within your own profession and with other professional categories.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with a specialist nurse degree focused on district nursing. You are a person who is cooperative and flexible. At Tybble Health Centre, you are part of a work group where cooperation and helpfulness are important for the daily operations to function. You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development and change projects of the operations is seen as a natural part of your work.
