O’Learys Group is now looking for a meticulous, driven, and business-oriented Senior Accountant who wants to be part of our continued growth journey. The position is a full-time role based in central Stockholm. You will report to the Group Accounting Manager and work closely with other colleagues within Finance.

About the role
As a Senior Accountant, you have overall responsibility for the correct, efficient, and up-to-date handling of ongoing accounting for our main companies. The role combines practical, daily transactions with more analytical work within closing and reporting.
You work in close collaboration with the Group Accounting Manager and the rest of the finance department, where your structured and proactive approach contributes to a stable, high-quality, and development-oriented finance function.
The role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment, take great responsibility, and have the ability to handle multiple processes in parallel.
Main areas of responsibility
Ongoing accounting & closing
- Independent responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation for companies within the group, including foreign operating units.
- Accounts receivable and payable management
- Financial administration & analysis
- Financial reports to authorities
- Tax returns
Qualifications
- High school education in economics or equivalent.
- Experience with ongoing bookkeeping and working with financial closing.
- Good administrative and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Meticulous, structured, and responsible with the ability to work independently and in a team.
