About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Junior IT Support Specialist for their operations in Lund. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those at the beginning of their IT career who wish to develop in a role that combines technology, service, and problem-solving.

You will become part of an engaged team where you will have the opportunity to build valuable experience in IT support and user assistance in a professional environment.

Responsibilities
The duties may vary, but include among other things:

• Providing support to users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting computers, software, and IT equipment
• Installation and configuration of computers and peripheral devices
• Management of user accounts and permissions
• Documentation of cases and solutions
• Collaboration with other IT functions for more complex issues

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

• Has an education in IT, technology, or a related field
• Has a strong interest in computers, technology, and problem-solving
• Is service-oriented and enjoys helping others
• Is communicative and pedagogical in explaining technical issues
• Is responsible and eager to develop within the IT sector

Previous work experience is not a requirement – we value your technical curiosity and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or educational projects within IT support
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
