Description

Vocational High School Ale is primarily seeking a certified vocational teacher in the subject of Vehicles and Transport. You who have at least five years of work experience from the industry are also welcome to apply. Here, students learn a trade from the ground up on real workplaces with experienced supervisors. In this position, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with future professionals in vehicles and transport. More than half of the students' education takes place at a workplace, giving them a solid foundation and an advantage on the job market. Our students are prepared in the best possible way for their future professional lives with the support of their supervisors and dedicated educators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in Vehicles and Transport or alternatively has at least five years of experience from the industry and a strong drive to teach and mentor students.

• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge-builder between school, students, and the business community.

• Has a B-driver's license and preferably access to a personal car.

• Has the ability to work independently while being team-oriented and collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future professional lives.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or alternatively substantial experience within Vehicles and Transport and a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of transport professionals. Teaching certification and pedagogical experience are desirable, but not mandatory.
