Nimbus is now hiring an Operational Buyer for their operations in Mariestad.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As an Operational Buyer, you play a central role in ensuring material supply to production. You work closely with both suppliers and internal functions to create efficient material flows and ensure that the business can deliver according to plan.
In this role, you are responsible for placing and following up on purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and handling deviations when they occur. You maintain regular contact with suppliers regarding delivery times, material availability, and quality issues, and actively work to prevent disruptions in production.
You will also update article and price information in the business system, handle complaints, perform invoice checks, and follow up on purchase-related key performance indicators. Drawing documentation is a natural part of the work and is used as support when purchasing components and materials.
The role offers many contact points and close collaboration with production, planning, and other functions within the business. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of processes and working methods in the purchasing area.

We are looking for you who have experience in operational purchasing, material planning, logistics, or similar work within manufacturing industry. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, work proactively, and create structure in a daily routine where several activities run in parallel.
As a person, you are meticulous, communicative, and solution-oriented. You collaborate well with others, build trusting relationships, and are driven by finding efficient solutions that create value for the business.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience in operational purchasing or similar tasks.
- Good administrative skills and experience working in business systems.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A structured and independent working style.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with the business system Monitor.
