Accurate grid information is a prerequisite for the safe expansion, maintenance, and operation of an electricity grid. In this role, you will work with the documentation that forms the basis for daily operations and future investments in the grid. You will become part of a team where knowledge is shared among colleagues, giving you the opportunity to build a deep understanding of how electricity grid projects are executed from start to finish.

As a Documentation Technician, you will register, update, and quality-assure information about electricity grid facilities in the client's grid information system. The work is carried out in close collaboration with designers, grid technicians, maintenance engineers, contractors, and project managers, providing you with many points of contact and a good understanding of the entire chain behind an electricity grid project.

The team consists of several documentation technicians with varying levels of experience. For those relatively early in their careers, there are therefore good opportunities for development through ongoing support, training, and collaboration with more experienced colleagues.

• Work with maps and grid documentation in DP-Power
• Register, update, and correct facility and grid information
• Document changes in the electricity grid based on project and maintenance work
• Ensure that documentation maintains high quality and follows current processes and framework agreements
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, maintenance engineers, and contractors
• Contribute to improvements in working methods and documentation processes

• Has experience documenting electricity grid facilities
• Has work experience from grid information systems such as DP-Power or similar systems
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, as documentation, communication, and collaboration take place in Swedish
• Understands the importance of following routines, processes, and framework agreements
• Has a good understanding of process and project flows

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
