Do you want to be part of developing the production processes of the future in a modern manufacturing industry? We are now looking for a Production Engineer who wants to work both strategically and operationally to improve and develop production.

About the role

As a Production Engineer, you will play a central role in developing and implementing technical solutions in the manufacturing process. You will work closely with production and serve as a key support in daily improvement work, while also contributing to long-term development projects.

You will work with everything from layout and flows to problem-solving and investments, with a focus on creating efficient, sustainable, and quality-assured processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop production engineering methods and tools
• Create and develop production layouts in 3D-CAD
• Conduct time studies, balancing, takt time analysis, and identify bottlenecks
• Work on problem-solving of medium complexity
• Lead improvement work through sprints or project assignments
• Actively participate in product and process development projects
• Conduct technical investigations and analyses
• Implement product changes that affect processes and equipment
• Drive transitions and investment projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology who thrives in a role that combines analysis, improvement work, and practical implementation.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a university-level technical education or equivalent
• Have good knowledge of CAD, preferably Catia or Creo
• Have an understanding of Lean Production
• Are proficient with computers
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Knowledge of welding is considered an asset.

The facility in Braås is one of the group's most important production and development units, with a clear focus on wheel loaders and other machinery for the construction industry.
